At CI&T;, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and development of robust applications utilizing React and Node, while applying Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations, playing a crucial role in our mission of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test,



and deploy software applications using React and Node
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
- Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Design, implement, test, and document software solutions
- Monitor, track, and communicate project status effectively
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Node, AWS, and SQL.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with Go, NoSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Event Driven Architecture.
