Call Center Agent (on-site) (HIRING BONUS)

Summary

The call center agent is the main liaison between our company and current/ potential clients.

Essential Job Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Confer with customers by telephone, email, and via SMS portal to provide information about services, status updates, and process new cases (minimum conversion expectations of 50% for calls and 70 % for SMS leads).

2. Contact customers to respond to inquiries and process on-line hires.

3. Performs other duties as needed guided by the management team.





Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures.

2. Skill in completing multiple tasks at once.

3. Skill in identifying and resolving customer problems.

4. Skill in oral and written communication, including English and Spanish communications.

5. Skill in operating office and technological equipment and software.

6. Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.

7. Ability to follow oral and written instructions

8. Ability to organize daily activities of self and others and work as a team player.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position (45 hours/work week). Days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday 8 am to 8 pm

Required Education and Experience

1. High school diploma.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. 6 months Call center experience.

2. English Level C1
