That's where you come in! REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 10+ years. Fluency in Japanese and English with strong written communication skills in both languages.
Hands-on experience translating PowerPoint presentations, documents, reports,
and other business materials from Japanese to English and vice versa. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, contextual relevance, and preservation of intended meaning and tone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Familiarity with translation and localization tools (e.g., Trados, memoQ) is a plus. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently. Strong organizational and proofreading skills to maintain high-quality translations.
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Japanese Studies, or a related field (preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES: Translate PowerPoint presentations, documents, reports, and other written materials from Japanese to English and English to Japanese. Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with company terminology and style guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deadlines. Proofread and edit translations to ensure consistency and high quality.
Maintain updated glossaries and translation memory databases for ongoing and future projects.
Support the localization of materials to align with the cultural and linguistic nuances of Japanese audiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
