PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) ensures optimal performance, availability, and smooth operation of SAP software, optimizing technical and business processes by delivering services to SAP customers.
As a CoE Business Process Consultant,
you will deliver design and realization workshops to customers in the Americas and present your findings to IT managers and executives.
We are looking for passionate people with excellent functional, technical, and communication skills.
This role involves business travel as services are provided at customer sites.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Conduct functional design workshops, identify issues/risks, and provide recommendations to optimize business processes and system automation.
- Support critical customer escalations and drive issues to resolution, building a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
- Support customer implementations with architectural inputs and best practices for business processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct deep root cause analysis, providing solutions in complex environments, including on-premise systems and cloud solutions.
- Act as De-escalation Architects to identify key issues, create action plans, and lead analyses of system landscapes and core business processes.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
- Functional expertise with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Consultant in EAM, PLM, or EPPM.
- Experience in greenfield implementation and brownfield conversion of S/4HANA, focusing on PM, CS, and PS Modules.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Modules like PM, CS, PS, EPPM, and their integration.
- Understanding of end-to-end SAP Supply Chain Management processes involving EAM, PLM, and EPPM.
- Technical expertise in SAP systems, integration architecture, ABAP, HANA Database, and BTP technologies is a plus.
LANGUAGE
- English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written.
- Spanish - Mandatory.
- Portuguese - Optional.
