We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer for a Chiropractic based in the US.

we are looking for a creative and strategic individual to lead our brand's digital presence, content creation, and franchise marketing support.
Position Overview We are seeking a well-rounded, creative, and highly organized professional with expertise in social media management, graphic design, and marketing strategy.
This individual will manage our social media presence across multiple accounts, create compelling digital and print assets, and support franchisees with marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and execute social media strategies for 3 key accounts.
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with our brand's mission and marketing goals.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, and growth, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
Develop a localized strategy that is most effective for organic brand awareness and lead generation opportunities.
Graphic Design & Content Creation Create high-quality, brand-consistent graphics for digital and print materials using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Design assets for Quarterly Marketing Campaigns, including print materials,
training decks, and digital ads.
Edit basic videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and training materials.
Develop and manage a successful email marketing campaign utilizing GHL or local CRM.
Content Strategy Maintain a consistent voice, colors, and messaging aligned with FreeForm.
Deliver all 5 content themes (e.g., education, testimonials, lifestyle, promotions, behind-the-scenes).
Franchise Marketing Support Serve as the primary marketing support contact for franchisees across 9 locations.
Assist with marketing requests and provide creative solutions.
Develop and manage a successful email marketing campaign utilizing GHL or local CRM.
Additional Responsibilities Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Work closely with leadership to support company-wide initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or marketing.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools.
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
A creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
