About The Role The Professional Oral Care Supervisor (Medellin) is responsible for leading the Oral Care Consultants team in a defined territory through effective coaching and follow up.
The supervisor is also responsible for planning and implementing the professional oral care marketing & professional engagement plan aiming to achieve dental recommendation and sales for Colgate Oral Care Products.
What you will do Coach Oral Care Consultants and supervise the execution of the marketing and professional engagement plan in the determined territory.
Support the Oral Care Consultants to develop and strengthen the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts (general and specific dental practices, Key Opinion leaders, government accounts, private accounts, dental hospitals, dental schools, public health centers,



pharmacies and distributors / dental depots) in an established territory.
Provide guidance to oral care consultants in order to influence the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations and sales by developing and executing a promotional and marketing plan in their territory.
Ensure an optimal quality of the panel of dentists in charge by having a systematic, periodic review of it and timely updates for the team in charge.
Effectively educate and communicate the key attributes on our products, technologies and science to influence dentists and their staff to actively recommend and buy Colgate products.
Develop a deep knowledge on the account and/or dentist: Identify needs and opportunities through open ended questions and market data analysis.




Ensure that the team is continuously updating the CRM database with relevant account information.
Work closely and generate synergies with the Drugstores & Pharmacies commercial team to increase sell out.
Work closely with distributors / dental and pharmaceutical depots if necessary to ensure product orders are complete, correct and delivered on time.
Understand the weaknesses of competing products and ethically convince and convert accounts to Colgate technologies for better patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, Dentistry or related fields.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years in sales and marketing position for healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Strong communication and business presentation skills.
Results oriented.




Willing to expand analytics skills and learning.
MS office/Google platforms and apps.
Active driver's license.
Preferred qualifications Analytical and Planning skills.
Persuasive & Goal Oriented.
Experience with direct reports.
Problem solving skills, together with the ability to predict / respond to immediate professional situations of the external and internal OC environment.
Travel Required Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
