Business Development Representative (Sales Hunter) We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Business Development Representative (Sales Hunter).
Compensation: COP 5M/month.
Location: Remote (for Colombia residents).

What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in B2B sales, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), cloud services sales, and cybersecurity sales.
English - Native or fully fluent.
Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct discovery meetings to assess clients' IT needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate the value of Managed IT, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and stay updated on market trends.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Hunter, Business Development Representative, or similar role in the IT services industry.




Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
