Position: Business Development Manager Location: Barranquilla, Colombia Job Id: 1650# of Openings: 1 UnifyCX is growing and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our motivated and ambitious team.
What Will You Do?
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a brand ambassador of UnifyCX to reach out to new, potential prospects,
helping them to see how UnifyCX can be a great solution to their problems.
In this position, you will: Reach out to prospective customers and set up calls for the sales team.
Contact the decision makers by means of outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, video tools or other emerging channels provided by the company.
Have well-defined targets for activity and for success.
Bring ideas and excitement to work with you every day.
Our BDMs are tasked with researching prospective customers, reaching out to them, and identifying sales opportunities.
You will have conversations with potential customers, identify how UnifyCX could help them delight their customers, and help them begin to understand the UnifyCX value proposition.
When successful, you'll set up a call for them to talk to one of our Sales Executives.
You are empowered to be creative on relative personalization for the prospects, deliver consistent messaging, and are encouraged to be tenacious and persistent to accomplish results.
People who succeed in this role possess a strong appetite for success, the drive of being a self-starter, and desire to celebrate wins.

Who You Are: To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Works well in a team environment and with upper management.
High level of critical thinking and logical analysis.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Practical experience with a common CRM is a plus.
Education: College education preferred or High School Diploma and relevant experience.
