What you must take into account to apply for the position Professional studies in administration, engineering, naval sciences, or related fields.
Fluency in English at an intermediate level to communicate effectively with various agents of international trade.
At least 2 years of experience in supervision, fieldwork, production, and/or logistics.
Availability to work in person and perform rotating shifts to ensure the continuous flow of operations.
Knowledge in resource management, management indicators,
logistics, and transportation.
Willingness to learn, work in a team, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently while having a service attitude and compliance with rules and procedures.
Your mission in the position: Supervise and follow up on dock and yard operations of loading and unloading of containers, roll-on/roll-off cargo, loose cargo, among other types of cargo at the port.
This is important to ensure compliance with planning, efficiency, and safety in each operation, contributing to the competitiveness of the Port and economic growth worldwide.
