Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Person with a strong background in the offshore HR industry and a proven track record in the end-to-end sales process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines,
and helping to drive the growth of our business by securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals with U.S.-based clients.
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, including identifying key prospects, developing sales strategies, and following up on potential leads.
Utilize sales tools and CRM platforms to track and manage leads, progress, and client interactions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to client onboarding and service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and expand our client base.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns, materials, and resources to support sales efforts.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales,
ideally within the offshore HR or near-sourcing industry (preferred).
Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
Demonstrated experience organizing and managing sales pipelines, tools, and processes for obtaining leads and client engagement.
Strong experience working with U.S. clients and understanding their staffing needs and business cultures.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and how to leverage them for sales success.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to assertively drive deals to completion.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
