Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in English via phone, addressing concerns and questions about the payment application.
Guide users in resolving technical and financial issues with the app.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
Manage the call process efficiently, ensuring service quality.
Document and follow procedures to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
English Level B2: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Residence in Bogotá.
Over 18 years old.
High school diploma required.
Basic computer skills (operating systems, internet) and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
For foreign applicants: Valid PPT and passport required.
On-site work at our offices in Urban 165.
