Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries or issues, identifies if the product of the client is a valid device for warranty (telephones & Miscellaneous) Makes a principal diagnosis to validate if the warranty applies and if not gives further steps to the customers
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
