About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear and professional support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for seamless service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a voice or blended role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
