Position Overview:
The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that integrate automation and no-code software platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, develop intelligent applications,

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Architect and implement AI solutions using machine learning frameworks, automation tools, and no-code platforms to meet business requirements
- Integration: Collaborate with software and automation teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into existing workflows and applications
- Prototyping: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate new AI-driven automation capabilities
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and improve the performance of AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, automation, and no-code technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our product offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in AI development, with a focus on automation and integrating no-code platforms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI development tools
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code development platforms and automation tools
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment
- Knowledge of data engineering, model deployment, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Background in agile development practices and a passion for continuous learning
