Information Technology, Computer Science required, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. Conversational English proficiency is required (essential, otherwise do not apply).
Experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support for end users, solving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks, in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Work location: North of Bogotá,
81st with 11th (Wednesday remote work). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Salary to be negotiated: $5,000,000 to $6,000,000 + benefits. Annual bonus based on performance indicators at year-end."
