Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Remote Practice Manager Job Summary: The Remote Practice Manager will oversee the administrative and operational functions of a medical practice based in the USA.
This role involves coordinating various activities to ensure efficient practice operations, enhancing patient satisfaction and supporting healthcare providers in delivering quality care.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the medical practice to ensure efficient workflow.
Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Monitor and manage practice budgets, expenses, and revenue.
Recruit, train and supervise administrative and clinical staff.




Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff development and training.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
Oversee billing and coding processes to ensure accurate and timely claims submission.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage accounts receivable and payable.
Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may affect practice operations.
Manage the implementation and use of electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.




Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve patient care delivery.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in practice management or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and compliance regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in practice management software and EHR systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Working Conditions: This is a remote position with flexible working hours, but may require occasional availability during U.S. business hours.




Interaction with U.S.-based healthcare providers, staff, and patients via virtual communication platforms.
