Direct message the job poster from FSO Solutions SAS Telemarketing Energy Sales Agent Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Base Salary + Commissions, Spiffs & Bonuses Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Energy Sales Agent to join our sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to target customers, explaining energy services and converting leads into sales to meet and exceed goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain and promote energy plans, products, and services to potential clients.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions.
Overcome objections and provide compelling reasons to switch energy providers.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Follow compliance regulations and company sales guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of the energy industry is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
Compensation: Base salary:



From $1,623,500 - $2,000,000 (Experience-based) Uncapped commissions in USD from $2.50 up to $20 USD per sale approved.
Achievement bonus up to 500,000 COP a month Daily spiff: 5,000 COP - 100,000 COP goal-based each day.
Flexible work schedule: 40 hours (remote options available).
