We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to execute data-driven automated marketing campaigns, streamline workflows, and support demand generation efforts.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is pivotal in managing the marketing technology stack, developing and deploying email campaigns, and overseeing end-to-end workflows, from lead generation and qualification to seamless sales handoff via the CRM.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will take ownership of marketing automation processes and execution to enhance productivity, ensure data quality, and deliver insights through reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities: Oversee and refine the marketing automation platform, including integration with CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring seamless lead flow and data synchronization.
Develop and enhance email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows, while implementing lead scoring and nurturing strategies to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
Execute targeted audience segmentation and personalized marketing tactics, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively across multiple channels.
Conduct regular marketing data audits, maintain data quality,
and adhere to legal standards such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM for compliance and best practices.
Manage campaign tracking setup, monitor deliverability, and maintain industry best practices to optimize the impact of marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, assess ROI, and provide actionable insights, employing tools like Google Analytics and conversion tracking for performance measurement.
Requirements: C1 English level and 1-2 years of marketing experience, focusing on operations, campaign management, and familiarity with MarTech and CRM tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, coupled with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and extracting actionable insights from marketing data.
Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritize sprint-type assignments,
thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across functions and the capacity to convert business needs into technical specifications.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring efficient campaign execution and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and basic web development is a plus.
Experience supporting the implementation of a marketing automation platform is a plus.
