You are the first human point of contact with a potential guest, so you will make the first and lasting impression on behalf of the company.
Your job is to determine a customer's specific moving needs and guide them to the right CEND solution.
This is a newly launched sales function, and the role requires some flexibility and creativity as you help us to develop call scripts and other process enhancements.
Responsibilities: Contacting potential guests primarily through phone,
email or chat.
Qualifying guest's needs, presenting CEND's product or service solutions, and closing deals.
Review virtual surveys of goods to be shipped, developing a cubic feet and weight conversion from which you will price.
Build pricing utilizing CEND's tools and partners to meet the needs of guests.
Upsell CEND products and services to enhance revenue generation on each sale.
Develop and refine pricing tools, models, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize available technology including HubSpot.
Partner excellently with operations and finance systems.
Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in pricing and sales.
Fluency in English.
Using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to facilitate management of leads, follow up and bookings.
Ability to manage incoming leads while working on conversion of existing leads.
Strong organizational skills needed to manage a busy set of priorities.
Ability to engage with individuals of all ages, learning and understanding their buying patterns and adjusting accordingly.
Work collaboratively with your team to support each other and collectively ensure successful conversion ratios.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive employee, ability to work in teams and independently, taking initiative.
Startup environment, agile, ambiguity, raising ideas and questions.
Moving experience is a plus.
