**Main responsibilities**:
- Control, monitor, and guarantee the correct execution of the policies, procedures, and activities of Benefits, Payroll, On & Off Boarding, Talent Acquisition, Data Management, and the External Vendors that support Genfar's operations. _
- Ensure a best in class employee experience for Genfar’s Employees and New Hires in the different LE and the Industrial Site.
- Implement, socialize, and administrate the corporate benefits through the Compensation and Benefits guidelines and the countries legal regulations.
- Support the certifications, affiliations, insurance requests, etc.,
supervising the service quality to current and former employees and the external workforce.
- Ensure the correct and timely billing of benefits such as Health, life insurance, social club, food subsidy, etc.
- Guarantee the correct collection and maintenance of physical and digital employees' files.
- Supervise the SENA regulated fee management (Colombia) in terms of platform administration, payments monetization, and the amount of interns in the legal entities.
- Support and advice employees on Employee Experience and company doubts.
- Coordinate with the different company stakeholders the timely and assertive delivery of Governmental and External Audits requests.
- Ensure the proper validation and billing approval of Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition outsourcing services.
- Establish SLAs with the Personnel Administration, Payroll,
and Talent Acquisition vendors and monitor its compliance.
- Ensure continuous information backup and storage according to the Records Management guidelines.
- Ensure the control, approval, and timely execution of the payroll processes with the local vendors in order to coordinate the employees’ monthly payments.
- Guarantee the correct operation and SLAs of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
- Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits the renewal of the vendors and insurance contracts in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
About you
- **Experience**: _Experience as Human Resources Operations Leading Industrial Sites Management, Social Security, Benefits Administration, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle. _
- **Soft skills**: _Leadership, Transversal Cooperation and highly analytical.
Business acumen and ability to analyse data to solve problems providing strong business insight.
Challenging status quo _
- **Technical skills**: _Payroll and Third parties Management _
- **Education**: _Business Administration, Psychology / Human Resources, Engineering or similar careers. _
- **Languages**: _Advanced English level is a plus _
