We are committed to excellence and have a track record of over 20 years in providing top-notch janitorial services and turnover services for large multifamily buildings. We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team and support our ongoing hiring process as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Sueep’s overall business goals.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sueep, including job postings, screening resumes,
conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
3. Support current and future business needs by fostering a culture of development, engagement, motivation, and retention of top talent.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and supports Sueep’s commitment to quality.
5. Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management activities.
6. Maintain accurate employee records in line with company policy and legal requirements.
7. Provide support to employees in various HR-related areas such as leaves, compensation, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar HR role.
2. Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
2. Experience working in the commercial cleaning or construction industry is advantageous.
