Are you a college student or recent graduate with a background in Finance, Economics, or Business, eager to kick-start your career in sales operations? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Associate and gain hands-on experience in shaping sales strategies and making data-driven decisions that drive impact. Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to uncover actionable insights that optimize sales strategies.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, tools, and processes, boosting efficiency.
Reporting & Dashboarding:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales metrics and trends.
Forecasting Support: Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, contributing to accurate projections.
CRM Management: Ensure CRM data accuracy, train team members on best practices, and troubleshoot issues.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend solutions to drive improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: Studying the last year of, or having a Bachelor in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, or financial analysis role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
and proficiency and detail-oriented in Excel or Business Intelligence software for financial operations.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data, spot trends, and present clear insights.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, C1 and B2 English level accepted to collaborate effectively with the teams.
