Job Summary:
EXL is looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager able to foster an active community by creating engaging content, managing interactions, and building strong relationships with members. This role combines community management duties with proactive engagement strategies to increase participation and cultivate brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Building & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community across various platforms.
2. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute events to foster connection and engagement. Manage event logistics, including promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
3. Employee Engagement and Development:
Design plans oriented to skill development and reduce employee attrition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in social media management and community platform tools.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Experience organizing and managing in-person and virtual events.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Background in community building and employee relations.
- Previous experience in a BPO company (is preferred).
- B2/C1 English speaker.
