Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Community Manager at Broadview Communities LLC in Medellín. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day community management tasks, coordinating resident activities, responding to inquiries, and supporting community events. Additionally,



the Assistant Community Manager will help with leasing agreements, maintenance requests, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of MH communities.
2. Communication Management: Manage inbound and outbound communications, including emails, phone calls, and text broadcasts, directing sales-related inquiries as appropriate.
3. Information Resource Development: Develop and maintain a Frequently Asked Questions archive to streamline responses and improve customer service efficiency.
4. Collections Assistance: Assist with the collection of rents via telephone, text broadcasts, and email, providing clear instructions to residents on how to pay rent online or through CashPay systems.
5. Service Issue Coordination: Manage and coordinate service issues across the communities, working closely with the Project Coordinator and Multi-Unit Managers to assign maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring that service issues are resolved timely and cost-effectively.
6. Operational Support:



Assist in the day-to-day operations across multiple communities, ensuring smooth function and adherence to Broadview’s operational standards.
7. Financial Management: Support financial goals by managing controllable expenses, maintaining high occupancy, and ensuring collections are timely.
8. Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the safety and maintenance standards of communities, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
9. Staff Management Support: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of maintenance staff, providing remote support and performance assessments.
10. Marketing and Leasing Support: Support marketing and leasing efforts, setting appointments for lease signings and maintaining promotional materials and overseeing online community presence.
11. KPI Reporting: Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for Multi-Unit Managers,



ensuring accurate and timely delivery of performance data to aid strategic decision-making.
12. Task Follow-Up: Assist with task follow-up, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed on schedule and updates are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
13. Perform other assignments as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
2. 2-3 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or property management preferred.
3. Clear understanding of budgeting processes and financial management.
4. Proficiency in computer systems and rent management software.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Minimum B2 level). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
6. Strong organizational and task management abilities.
7.



Results-driven mindset with financial and business acumen.
8. Ability to lift packages up to 20 lbs. and walk communities weekly.
