" Assist in ensuring that all documents and information needed to proceed with the legal service has been collected from the client. Calling clients to assist in completing intake questionnaires, as well document gathering, and answer any questions during the document and information gather stage. Once all information and documentation has been collected, the case manager will notify the handling attorney so that the handling attorney can review the information gathered. The case manage will also be responsible for tracking case and court deadlines.
Responsabilities: Case Manager responsibilities • Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management,
including calendaring deadlines and providing reminders as necessary • Coordinate between attorneys, staff, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s case load, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met • Organize and maintain all case files, and information concerning engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with the law firm policies • Review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements • Consult with attorneys and provide recommendations with regard to cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client’s goals • Communicate case status with clients and outside counsel as requested
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: - English C1 -A solid work ethic and positive attitude. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a good sense of professionalism and care. - 2+ years of experience in case management. - Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills. - Experience with the case management software, Clio, is highly desirable.
