Human by nature.**Supply Chain Manager Andean, your future position?**
- Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain LATAM, you will provide Supply Chain oversight for our Taste & Wellbeing business in the Andean Region, from our Colombian operation.

You will lead the demand and supply planning, transport & logistics, warehouse management, customer service and project management activities to secure that products can be manufactured and supplied on time to customers from existing manufacturing facilities with required product quality standards and at best production costs.- You will work on-site at our corporate offices located at Bogota.- Your main responsibilities will be:
**Strategy design and execution**
- Provide supply chain inputs to the Operations business plans and help design the regional Supply Chain strategy and definition of related goals based on input provided by other regional functions, e.g.

Commercial or Business Development.




- Adapt and implements the regional supply chain strategy, and oversee the design and execution of related tactical and operational plans to meet regional and local Operations goals.

**Function management**
- Implement the developed strategies aligned with the needs to reach and maintain the KPI´s of each area under SCM following the best practices at the most
- cost effective process.
- Collaborate with all partners following our strategy, targets and leadership principles.
- Oversee the smooth execution of local demand and supply planning and inventory management, ensuring material availability while maintaining cost control and following best practices.
- Collaborate in the Supply and Demand review of the S&OP; cycle.
- Place an active role in the development of the supply chain network.
- Organize reliable,



efficient and safe warehouse and shipping operations with focus on
- time execution (service), quality (customer and internal requierement) and cost (efficiency).
- Ensure that the site complies to trade affairs regulations on import and export.
- Select and manage in collaboration with IM&S; customs brokers.
- Coordinate transportation along with regional transportation department.
- Identify opportunities for Improvement.
- Promote behavioural safety and keep expectations high concerning safety targets.
- Support EHS projects and facilitate their implementation
- Implement the annual operating plan within approved budget.

**People management**
- Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the local Supply Chain and Planning team(s) and validate related results.




- Work with the local Operations and regional Supply Chain management, and HR Business Partner(s), in recruiting and developing a local talent pipeline.
- Develop local Supply Chain & Planning talents within and outside Operations at local and regional level.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
- At least 10 years' experience in Supply Chain in the chemical, foods or related industries, with background in transport & logistics,



COMEX/customs management, warehouse and inventory management, hazardous materials management, including exposure to M&A; projects, organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, systems implementations, and enterprise risk for complex organizations.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in people management.
- Understanding of Forecasting (Statistical Models).
- ERP/MRP expertise.
- Affinity to systems and analytical tools such as Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and SAP.
- Fluency in English.
