Job Title: Customer Service Agent - Orthodontics Focus

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Central Time. Weekends OFF.

Location: 100% onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic dental office team.



This is a customer-facing role focused on assisting patients with various orthodontic procedures while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling, and financial processes while ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments in accordance with office guidelines.
- Read and interpret treatment cards to provide accurate information to patients.
- Assist with financial roles, including payment coordination and patient account inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls for insurance verification and follow-up tasks.
- Help patients understand insurance coverage and benefits, including orthodontic procedures.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the office's management system.
- De-escalate concerns and address patient complaints with kindness and patience.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience working in a dental office is preferred, but not a must.




- Prior experience with insurance verification is preferred, but not a must.
- Bilingual Customer service experience.

Skills:

- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate dental management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to de-escalate situations and handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Kind, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
- Bilingual proficiency, Advanced English Level.

Salary: 2'550.000 COP
