SHN is looking for a coach/trainer to help with our growing call center campaigns.
The job is remote, so you will be working from home (or anywhere you want).
Must have call center experience as a trainer or a coach/supervisor.
Must have reliable internet connection.
Job Functions:
working directly with agents that need to improving in sales or quality assurance.
listening to calls and correcting the agents as needed.
training new agents and drilling with them before the get on the phones.
picking up some supervisor shifts which consists or controlling the flow of media and the amount of agents on the phone

Pay: From $385,000,000 per month
