Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in English via phone, addressing concerns and questions about the payment application.
Guide users in resolving technical and financial issues with the app.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
Manage the call process efficiently , ensuring service quality.
Document and follow procedures to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
English Level B2 : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Residence in Bogotá .
Over 18 years old .
High school diploma required.
Basic computer skills (operating systems, internet) and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills .
For foreign applicants: Valid PPT and passport required.
On-site work at our offices in Urban 165 .
