Lead a group of call center agents focused on compliance with KPI.
- Organization of onboarding of new agents
- Formation of the schedule for the agent
- Organization and coaching agents
- Development of agents and preparation of development plans
- Preparation of reports
**Location**: Onsite in Bogota
**Salary**: 4 000 000 COP
**Comission/bonus**: 1 800 000 COP
**Work schedule**:Flexible shift schedule and 8 flexible days off per month, 8 am - 5 pm Colombian Time Zone
**Hiring contract**: official
**Time Experience**: from 1 year of experience the same position
**Especifc knowlegde**:
- at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in call center
- English (C1+ )
**Experience**:
- call center supervisor: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- english b2 or c1 (required)
