Position: Customer Service Expert
Location: Bogotá - CONNECTA, Ac. 26 #92-32
Contract Type: Indefinite Term
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Uphold our company’s values and provide world-class service.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: English (B2) and Portuguese (C1).
- High school graduation diploma or certificate (physical copy required).
- Flexibility to adapt to our schedules.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Schedule:
- Training: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Operations - Flexible operational hours: Work shifts between 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 2 days off | 42 hours per week
Benefits:
- Base Salary (Training & Operations): $3,307,000 COP/month
