Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who enjoys getting involved with Design activities .
You will be in a strategic position, working closely with our client,
being the focal point of UI/UX activities but also being in daily contact with our development team.
Your Mission and Responsibilities: As a member of a multidisciplinary squad (business, technology, and analytics), you will use your skills to help identify problems and propose solutions.
Transform complex problems into intuitive and easy-to-use experiences, aligning customer needs with business objectives.
Collaborate with development teams and product leads to create and track hypotheses, prioritizing the implementation of low-risk opportunities.
Assisting in conducting concept tests, usability tests, and discovery research.
Creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Creating final UI deliverables (icons, images, screens).
Facilitate co-creation sessions with multiple stakeholders.
Information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
Must Have: Experience with frontend development (CSS and Javascript).
Experience with Figma.
Ability to connect Design, development and Business strategy.
Autonomy and proactivity to be the client's focal point about UI/UX.
Proficiency in Figma.
Fluent English skills.
Fluent Spanish skills.
