In this role, you will oversee the execution of sales and marketing projects utilizing HubSpot, ensuring that all initiatives align with the clients' objectives while delivering measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot tools, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to foster relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage sales and marketing projects using HubSpot tools to meet client goals Develop project timelines, budgets,
and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, offer recommendations, and align project activities with their business strategies Monitor project performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for optimization Train and support clients on effective use of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation features to maximize their results Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and marketing trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients Requirements: 3+ years of experience in project management within a sales and marketing context, particularly with HubSpot Proficient in HubSpot tools, including CRM and marketing automation software Strong experience in managing client relationships and effectively communicating project updates Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for optimization Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
