What you’ll do as a Customer Service Expert?
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
Requirements
Who are you?
- An advanced English speaker who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
- A good listener who likes helping others.
- Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management.
