Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients,
establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements effectively and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- Knowledge of automotive products and market dynamics in North/Central/South America.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
