Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: North of Bogotá, 81st with 11th (Wednesday remote work)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary: $5,000,000 to $6,000,000 + benefits, with an annual bonus based on performance indicators at year-end.

Requirements:

1. Education: Information Technology or Computer Science
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
3. Conversational English proficiency is essential
4. Experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support for end users
5. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Intune, Exchange Online,



and Microsoft 365 applications
