Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to follow up on potential leads and new customer opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions,
providing reports to the assigned personnel.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
Listening Skills: Active listening to understand and meet customer needs.
Goal Oriented: Motivated to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Empathy & Positivity: A friendly, empathic attitude with a willingness to help others.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
