Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to develop effective retention strategies.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Experience working with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
